Responsibilities: Thoroughly inspect returned products, ensuring adherence to quality standards before reintegrating them into inventory or returning them to suppliers. Conduct detailed checks on returned jackets, including winter, rain, and leather jackets, for damages, incorrect sizes, or delivery errors. Ensure proper reintegration of jackets into stock or manage further processing. Guarantee all returned jackets meet quality criteria, focusing on size, color, zippers, and defects. Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently process returns and maintain a smooth flow of jackets.
