Payroll Specialist (NL payroll experience required)

Laista is a rapidly growing Lithuanian holding company operating in the Netherlands and other EU countries. Due to our expansion, we are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist with experience in Dutch payroll , ideally within the temporary staffing industry , to join our remote team. The potential candidate must currently reside in the Netherlands. Responsibilities: Process monthly payrolls in compliance with Dutch labor and tax laws; Calculate and declare wage taxes and social security contributions; Interpret and apply Dutch employment contracts and CLA provisions (e.g. ABU/NBBU); Liaise with Belastingdienst and other authorities; Support during NEN audits and inspections; Maintain accurate employee records and prepare required reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar; At least 2 years of experience in Dutch payroll; Familiarity with the staffing industry (uitzendbranche) and relevant CLA rules; Knowledge of payroll software (Loket, Nmbrs, or similar); Experience with NEN 4400-1 audits is a strong advantage; Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking; Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
