E-commerce CRO/Funnel Strategist

Job Description Intro – Who Are We? Hey there! We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand behind several stores, scaling rapidly across the US and Europe with high-performing Facebook ads. We’re expanding our team and looking for a proven Funnel Strategist who will handle who can drive CRO and create tailored landing pages and offers through insightful research and hands-on execution using Shopify. You’ll be researching customer psychology, applying advanced behavioral-analysis methods, analyzing creative angles with our media buying & creative team, and proposing funnel ideas - from first click to final purchase that actually convert. You’ll craft the copy, structure, and design yourself (using Figma or your preferred tool), and hand it off to a developer for implementation. You won’t need to code, but you should be comfortable jumping into Shopify to make edits or manage changes when needed. You’ll own the funnel - end to end. Who This Is NOT For If you’ve never helped 7 & 8-figure Shopify brands grow, you can stop here. This is not an entry point. If you haven’t worked closely with media buyers and creative strategists to build congruent landing pages tailored to weekly video packs, each targeting different angles and customer avatars, you won’t thrive here. If you’ve never taken a bad-performing page, restructured the offer, copy, structure, and turned it into a winner - we’re not a match. If you rely on 5,000 orders to validate minor A/B changes - we move way faster than that. If you usually find yourself lost in the details while trying to deliver the best If you’ve only focused on isolated pages and not the entire post-click journey, this role demands full-funnel thinking. If you depend entirely on developers or designers to execute your ideas this role requires self-sufficiency. If tight timelines and high ownership scare you this won’t be for you. If you're dependent on AI and can’t create design or copy without it, sorry - this is absolutely not for you. AI should be a tool to speed things up, not a crutch.
