With our headquarters in Amsterdam, G-Rollz is growing its presence across global markets and seeking passionate professionals to join our journey. We’re seeking a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue operations across both domestic and international markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-growing environments, understands the retail and wholesale landscape, and knows how to build and lead high-performing sales teams. You’ll be responsible for owning and executing the company’s sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving consistent growth across B2B, retail, and export channels. Responsibilities Develop and lead the execution of sales strategies to hit revenue targets and expand market presence Manage, coach, and grow a results-driven sales team with clear KPIs and performance benchmarks Identify and secure new business opportunities across wholesale, retail, and international markets Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy Provide detailed sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and strategic business events Requirements 5 years of sales leadership experience, ideally in consumer goods, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors Strong understanding of both domestic and international (export) markets Proven ability to build and scale sales teams and processes from the ground up Experience with key account management, B2B negotiations, and retail distribution Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently to drive results Ability to travel as needed for meetings, events, or international expansion grollz.com grollz.biz @grollz
