SPARE PARTS COORDINATION - W/M Start: 28/07/2025 Duration: 10 months Location: Paris, with possible missions on site SCOPE The Subcontractor will perform the following tasks: Lead all Spare Parts (SP) activities, from SPIR tool training to spare parts handover at the Company warehouse. Work closely with engineering, procurement, commissioning, O&M and Company teams. Oversee the full scope of spare part management, covering the spare part supply chain follow-up, preservation, and transport. Train vendors on the SPIR tool. Ensure coordination among key departments and disciplines, as well as transparency in information flow within the JV and with the Company. Ensure clarity in scope and costs across different spare categories. Prioritize delivery of critical spares in coordination with O&M Engineering. Ensure effective and timely status and cost reporting. Oversee the supply chain follow-up from SPIR recovery to delivery of materials on site. Additional Responsibilities: Ensure parts are properly coded (as per Company requirements), stored, preserved, and available when needed. Maintain quality of SP data. Define KPIs and implement supply chain monitoring from SPIR vendor delivery to SP handover. Support procurement activities. For critical spare parts with late delivery, review mitigation plans with the O&M Engineering Leader. Support JV commissioning and O&M teams during initial facility operations. POSITION INTERFACES Company Spare Part Leader O&M Engineering Leader Commissioning Manager Procurement Teams (POC, YOC, ADOC) VPM (Expediter) Logistics/Transport Team (POC) Material Managers Preservation Managers COMMUNICATIONS Advise JV & OC procurement managers on all spare part matters. Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports. PROFILE Expertise: Ideally previous experience in onshore Oil & Gas industry as a Spare Parts Coordinator. Recognized technical qualification for this position. Technician/Engineer degree with solid mechanical background and ability to read cross-sectional drawings. Knowledge in maintenance. Understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Strong self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary integrated project team. Experience with E-SPIR (ADNOC’s SPIR Tool, ex G-SPIR) is a plus. Solid knowledge of supply chain follow-up and procurement. Skills: Good knowledge of procurement supply chain. Familiarity with project organizations (experience with TP or JGC is a plus). Experience in preservation, maintenance, and commissioning. Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation disciplines, with extensive knowledge of O&G equipment. Ability to read and work with electronic technical documentation and MS Office (Excel). Fluent in English. Familiarity with spare part vendor portals is an advantage. Experience: Significant experience in supply chain (minimum 4 years). Experience on FLNG projects. Knowledge of material management. Knowledge in preservation and maintenance appreciated.
