France S&OP Manager - IBP Transformation Location: Paris, France Salary: €85,000 – €95,000 Bonus Participation Industry: Global Consumer Goods Company Contact: Rikard, JobsRL@bramwithconsulting.co.uk Lead the Evolution from S&OP to IBP in a High-Visibility Leadership Role We are working with a leading global consumer goods organisation to recruit an experienced Sales & Operations Planning Manager (S&OP) to take ownership of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) function in France. This is a newly defined, high-impact position based in Paris, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain for France and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the business and a key business partner to Finance. The role involves managing a team of three and helping lead the company’s transition from traditional S&OP processes toward a modernized Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework. It offers the opportunity to shape processes, influence strategic decisions, and develop cross-functional alignment across the supply chain, commercial, marketing, and finance functions. France S&OP Manager - IBP Transformation Responsibilities : Lead the IBP process for the French market, aligning medium-term supply, demand, and financial plans (3-24 months) Consolidate and manage forecasts across functions to ensure a unified, forward-looking sales and operations plan Act as the key point of contact for all planning, inventory, forecasting, and product lifecycle matters within the market Represent the supply chain function in senior leadership meetings, providing planning insight and scenario modelling Manage and develop a team of three, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Collaborate with regional and global teams to integrate local market insight into broader strategic planning cycles France S&OP Manager - IBP Transformation profile : Proven experience in supply chain, operations planning, or business planning roles, ideally within FMCG, retail, or another consumer-facing sector Strong background in S&OP and a clear understanding of what it takes to evolve toward an IBP structure Capable of engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional tension in a constructive and professional way Comfortable leading change and contributing beyond the immediate scope of the role Fluent in both French and English Experience with SAP and planning/forecasting tools is a strong advantage This is a key hire within the French leadership team and a visible, career-building opportunity for a supply chain professional with the ambition to take a strategic role in shaping the company’s future planning capability.
