Workshop Supervior

Key Responsibilities: Act as liaison between office and factory Daily production planning and workflow management Staff supervision, timekeeping & job allocation Stock handling and raw material monitoring Dispatch, receiving, and delivery coordination Administrative support (emails, quotes, invoices) Assist with walk-in sales and customer service Operate and maintain workshop machinery (beam saw, spindle, Festool) This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual with leadership skills and a hands-on approach to production. Requirements Grade 12 Previous experience Valid drivers license DB Recruitment is fully compliant with the POPI Act 2013.
