Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ward Hostess Trainer to join our team. The Ward Hostess Trainer will be responsible for training and supervising ward hostesses in providing excellent patient care and service in hospital wards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs for ward hostesses to ensure they are knowledgeable in hospital procedures, patient care, and customer service Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance ward hostesses' skills and knowledge Monitor ward hostesses' performance and provide feedback and support as needed Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery Ensure ward hostesses adhere to hospital policies and procedures at all times Act as a role model for ward hostesses by demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication to patient care Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in patient care and service delivery Qualifications: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital or healthcare setting Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and inspire a team Knowledge of hospital procedures and patient care practices Certification in CPR and first aid preferred If you are passionate about patient care and have the skills and experience to train and lead a team of ward hostesses, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
