Credit Controller

Large Travel and Tourism Headoffice is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position as Credit Controller. Purpose of the Position · To ensure collections targets are met and high service levels are maintained at all times. To ensure that all owners are assisted in a friendly and in a courteous manner and that all queries are resolved in line with our Service Level Agreement. Key Performance Areas · Effectively attend to debtors book to ensure arrears are kept to a minimum · M aintain the high levels of Service Delivery required in the department · Utilise various methods of correspondence such as email and whatsapp · To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure · Resolve matters effectively and improve collection figures · Ad hoc duties where required Competencies Required · Target driven · Accurate, organised and able to multitask · Strong customer services orientation · Handling difficult calls in a patient and understanding manner · Decision making and problem solving · Well-presented and spoken and conscious of brand representation · Ability to work under pressure Dependable
