Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, and maintain high quality in products and services. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Possess 5 or more years of relevant experience managing a business unit, including responsibility for its P&L. Preferably has experience in FMCG products industry Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
