We provide daycare, boarding, and a range of services tailored to meet the needs of our furry guests. As our operations grow, we’re looking for a reliable and compassionate Store Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure both pets and their owners receive the highest standard of care. Job Title: Full-Time Store Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the daycare and boarding facility Supervise and coordinate a small team of pet handlers and support staff Manage scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs of pets Communicate with pet owners regarding pet care, behavior, and updates Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the facility Monitor pet health and well-being; escalate issues when necessary Handle basic administrative duties (inventory, bookings, records, etc.) Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold our brand standards Requirements: Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred Prior experience working with dogs is highly prioritized Strong communication and leadership skills Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and temperaments Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Eligibility to work in Singapore / Work Permit vacancy available J-18808-Ljbffr
