Job Description

Associate Merchandiser The Associate Merchandiser plays a key role in supporting systems, reporting, and processes across the Merchandising team, while helping drive the execution of day-to-day operations. This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and organizational precision. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze internal sales data and system reports to inform decision-making, track KPIs, and identify performance trends. Support Line Plan Creation: Partner with Merchandiser to create seasonal line plans that supports Brand direction and product strategy. Build Line Plan Architectures for design rollout and style/sku creation. Pricing Strategy: Help establish MSRP strategies that align with strategic business goals. Go-to-Market Decks: Responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing maintenance of the seasonal sales GTM Decks. Manage Product Catalog: Coordinate with Licensing, Design, and Merchandising teams to update and maintain sales tools, product catalogs, and change logs. Ensure all product data is accurately maintained across platforms. Data Maintenance & Integrity: Own the accuracy and consistency of product data within internal systems. Conduct regular audits and updates to support cross-functional visibility and execution. Operational Support: Assist in daily merchandising activities including system updates, sample tracking, meeting preparation, and documentation. Act as a point of contact for routine requests and ad hoc reporting. Competitive & Market Research: Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify trends, market gaps, and white space opportunities. Qualifications: 1 year of experience in Merchandising or a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Familiar with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign Experience with PLM systems is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and time management Clear and effective communication skills Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs Proactive team player with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset
