About our client: Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. is a global leader in the chemical industry. They specialize in producing polyurethane, petrochemical, and performance chemicals and materials. Position overview: Your mission as a Customer Care Specialist is to take care of the core customers in Mexico region. Being responsible for the customer care functions, which include but not limited to customer relationship, order entry, order monitoring, account receivables tracking, and complaint handling. The perfect candidate should be passionate about customers by developing relationship and taking ownership of their accounts. Main activities: Responsible for processing customer orders, including receiving and confirming purchase orders (POs). Accurately enters PO information into the SAP system, following established procedures. Coordinates with the Logistics Department for shipments from local inventory and with Headquarters for direct shipments from China. Manages customs clearance for direct shipments from China. Provides timely updates to customers regarding shipment status through to delivery. Responds promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring full resolution. Tracks customer complaints and follows up to ensure satisfactory settlement. Supports additional projects and initiatives as required. Performs other duties as assigned. Required skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field of study More than 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar position. Experience in the chemical industry is preffered. Advanced English is a must. Familiar with import and export operations , especially for chemicals. Proficiency in SAP (SD Module) . Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products, e.g. Excel, Word, etc., with strong proficiency in Excel Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods. Strong communication and social skills. Proactivity and sense of urgency. Ability to multitask.
