About The Role Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential merchants, payment providers, and fintech platforms to adopt our pay solution Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with strategic partners Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new markets, segments, and products Monitor and report on product usage, merchant feedback, and competitor positioning to inform sales and product strategy Collaborate with the operation, product and marketing teams to refine value propositions, messaging, and feature prioritization Track key performance metrics including pipeline progress, onboarding timelines, and transaction volume performance Deliver industry and regional insights to internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making Represent the company at industry events, partner briefings, and regional networking opportunities Requirements At least 2 years of experience in business development, with proven success in merchant acquisition in one or multiple key regions (e.g., Southeast Asia, LATAM, Arabic regions, South Asia, or CIS). Strong understanding of market dynamics and basic merchant acquisition strategies. Established network with local merchants, communities, and key partners. Experience in making strategic plans, managing action plans, and controlling budgets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English and at least one local language of the target regions (Southeast Asia, LATAM, Arabic regions, South Asia, or CIS). Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in crypto industry, previously worked in global exchanges, local exchanges or crypto communities. Familiar with local regulations and compliance requirements for P2P services. Proven track record in organizing community events or campaigns. Have a wide network and partner resources in at lease one of the target regions. Location: Remote in Latam Areas.
