Role: Voice Agent Location: Ciudad de México, Mexico City (Onsite) Description- Work for one of the world’s leading providers of technology and communications services, transforming the way they connect around the world. o Deliver a positive experience that solves customers' challenges in one call. o Work to resolve issues by providing accurate information to all customers according to their needs, inquiries, or complaints. o Help to drive sales of products and services that will keep them happy and connected. o Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. o Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top solution. Mandatory requirements: - Conversational English level (B2 or above) - High school diploma, GED or equivalent. - Willingness to work on site. (north CDMX) - Schedule availability. - Willingness to complete and pass a background check verification. Desirable requirements: -Experience promoting and/or selling products and services. -Experience resolving customer issues and billing. -Customer service experience. -Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
