Technical Business Analyst

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to support business stakeholders in defining and delivering technology solutions that align with enterprise goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, technical documentation expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functional teams. This role is focused on improving capabilities related to leasing, legal, and document generation/administration, with a heavy emphasis on stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and change management. Responsibilities Gather and elicit both articulated and unarticulated business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze, document, validate, and influence requirements related to business processes, data, systems, and analytics. Create requirement descriptions, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional design documentation that align with governance standards. Analyze business technology solutions to determine business value, global impact, and ROI. Identify and document how proposed solutions affect stakeholders, systems, and processes. Collaborate with and manage third-party vendors or resources as needed. Prioritize requirements in partnership with product and delivery teams; manage backlog and upcoming releases. Communicate potential cross-functional dependencies, risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Support solution delivery teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Participate in and lead business workshops, demonstrations, and discovery sessions. Engage in change management efforts including impact analysis, training, and communication planning. Review test plans and perform Business Analyst testing and approvals. Simultaneously manage multiple initiatives and track delivery progress. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 10 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, financial systems, or data analysis. Expertise in application development and technology implementation using Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies. Proven experience with process improvement workshops and change initiatives. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable challenging business requests and asking strategic, probing questions. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear documentation. Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Desired Familiarity with tools such as CLMS, Salesforce, SharePoint, Yardi, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Smartsheet, and Jira. Experience in the real estate, legal, or operations sectors. Prior experience with global teams or multinational organizations. Exposure to change management and organizational transformation. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
