Job Description

Maintain inventory levels in designated areas to meet client-established objectives and contribute to generating improvement actions to optimize resources in accordance with Mexico policies. 1. Plan daily operations. 2. Perform headcount projections. 3. Manage the workforce to optimize daily operations, tracking attendance and recording incidents in the designated system. 4. Follow up on operational vacancy requests. 5. Present operational results to the client. 6. Monitor the budget. 7. Review indicators. 8. Manage supplies for the assigned operation. 9. Conduct and follow up on occupational health and safety incidents. 10. Monitor the productivity of the area and assigned personnel. 11. Provide feedback and leadership to personnel with opportunities. 12. Design action plans for areas of opportunity. 13. Manage communication channels with staff and operations. 14. Meet assigned performance indicators to ensure proper management of the accounts under their responsibility. 15. Ensure compliance with objectives aligned with the strategy planned by the direct supervisor. 16. Daily follow-up on client requirements regarding storage, appointments, shipments, quotes, and estimates. 17. Respond to requests from the client and Site Manager/OKAM. 18. Adapt and maximize rack areas and spaces to generate savings. 19. Report any incident or accident that occurs within the SITE. 20. Report any breach of integrity within the SITE. - Maintain proactive and ongoing communication with clients, including their participation in daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly performance evaluation meetings. - Generate and communicate reports requested by management (performance indicators, productivity, inventory, occupancy levels, attendance, volumes). - Manage customer negotiations for inventory. - Prepare and review monthly P&L reports for presentation to the Board or Manager. Job Description Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, international business. Inventory receiving (replenishment) Advanced English skills Analytical and numerical skills, proactive and dynamic attitude 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory Supervise 40 to 60 people Backup for Management and Director WMS, Excel Office Fluent English Zone: Tultepec
