Who You Are You have proven experience and a growth mindset, with a focus on customer success and inclusivity. You are dedicated to your personal and professional development and work effectively with diverse teams. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 5 years developing and maintaining Enterprise Architectures 3-5 years as an Enterprise Architect in Banking, Financial Services, Industrial, Retail, Government, or Travel & Transportation sectors 10 years in developing, integrating, and maintaining comprehensive IT architectures Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, others) Knowledge of Industry Capability and Business Capability Models Proven experience designing and implementing complex IT systems across multiple domains Experience establishing architecture governance for large programs Consulting experience using methods like Issue-Based Consulting and SWOT Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Successful track record of delivering large-scale technology projects Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Relevant industry certifications (TOGAF, OpenGroup Certified Architect, Hyperscaler) Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools (Alfabet, LeanIX, others) Knowledge of Business Architecture Models and Business Capabilities Experience with hyperscaler platforms Being You We value diversity and inclusivity, welcoming individuals of all backgrounds.
