Temp to Perm option available JOB SUMMARY As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) you will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering hands-on care to help residents improve mobility, manage pain, and regain independence. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans by guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and activities, assisting with mobility training, and utilizing various therapeutic techniques. You will observe and document patient progress, communicate updates to the supervising therapist, and help adjust care plans as needed.
