HR Advisor Role - Temporary

Temporary HR Advisor Role Our client due to a busy period require a HR Advisor to respond to general HR queries providing prompt, customer focused guidance to employees. Providing managers and employees expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote compliance and operational efficiency. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, in line with data protection regulations. Processing contractual changes as well as drafting and issuing change of contractual term letters to employees. Assisting employee relations matters in partnership with manager, including grievance, investigation and disciplinary, to ensure fair and consistent resolutions. Providing Recruitment support through CV sifting, candidate screening and right to work. Ad hoc HR advisory work The role is based in Skelmersdale, with some hybrid working. The client are looking to interview week commencing the 30th of June with a view to starting quickly after that.
