We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Northwest Sectors: Retail/Commercial/ M&E/ Education/ Office Project Types: Fit Out /Refurb/ New Build Values: £600,000 FREELANCE: £275 - £300 a day Duration: Short term, long term, ongoing What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager Oversee project from start to finish Report directly to the Project Manager Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives Support commissioning and final handovers Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to: Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal) Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly Record on-site progress and lookaheads Report into Senior Management Work closely with the contracts manager Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager Experience as a Site Manager (in any sector) CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 4 years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving license and access to own vehicle What's on offer Day / hourly rate - whatever your preference Weekly pay on a Friday How to apply Please apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Sam at Fawkes & Reece on 01204 554 884.
