Parts Support Representative

Key Responsibilities Assist the Parts & Warehouse Manager with overall parts and warehouse operations. Process parts orders, including order receipt, shipping coordination, invoicing, inspection, inventory control, and reporting. Support the development and tracking of sales plans, programs, and strategies alongside the Parts Manager. Communicate with dealers and customers regarding parts orders, inquiries, and complaints, and coordinate issue resolution. Manage parts shipping logistics, including allocation, invoicing, outbound status reporting, and shipping requests. Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy, monitor parts condition, and improve warehouse processes. Educate and support dealers/distributors in the effective use of parts-related systems. Monitor accounts receivable from dealers/distributors and follow up to ensure timely payment. Coordinate and document returns for shipping/order errors and annual return programs. Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, improve efficiency, and complete projects collaboratively. Requirements Good command of English (written and verbal),German is a plus. Computer literacy and experience with logistics or ERP systems. 4 years of experience in parts logistics, including export/import activities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven. Experience in the agricultural machinery, automotive, or construction equipment industry is a must. Work authorization is a must.
