Position Overview We are searching for a driven and seasoned Bulky Item Delivery Station Manager to oversee daily operations at our bulky item delivery station. This pivotal role ensures the seamless functioning of station operations, enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery of large items. The perfect candidate brings robust site management experience, exemplary team leadership abilities, and a data-focused approach to achieving delivery goals. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the bulky delivery station, focusing on workforce planning, inbound/outbound processes, and inventory management. Lead and develop a capable team of supervisors, drivers, and support staff to uphold high operational standards. Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics (KPIs), pinpoint areas for improvement, and enact corrective measures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols. Handle escalated customer service issues effectively, ensuring prompt resolution. Collaborate with internal teams such as transportation, customer service, and IT to optimize operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive process optimization. Oversee the onboarding and training process for new employees. Maintain cost control while boosting productivity and service quality. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in delivery station or warehouse operations, particularly within e-commerce logistics. Strong leadership qualities and a proven record of managing teams in a dynamic environment. Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills. A data-driven mindset with expertise in tracking and reporting KPIs. A customer-focused perspective with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, aiding cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Experience Experience managing last-mile delivery for bulky items (e.g., furniture, appliances). Familiarity with logistics systems and tools.
