Babysitter wanted for childcare in Calgary

We are a family of six! Mom, Dad, 19 year old sister, 8 year old brother, 3 year old daughter and a white cat. We are a very busy family with two businesses that are looked after by mom and sister, dad working a full time job. The sitter is most likely to spend time with our 3 year old who is shy at first, after some time she tends to get very silly and funny but cooperative. Our 8 year old is very calm and takes care of most his things by himself. Just an eye out and preparing meals is needed. We would like a sitter who can take care of basic household things like cooking meals for the kids and keeping the living area clean. Also someone who can pick up the kids from school or other activities (during summer).
