You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans. How you will contribute Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approval. Manage, coach, and develop a team. Meet KPIs including customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction. Collaborate with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment teams to achieve category goals. Deliver performance against schedules and plans using system tools. Participate in supply review meetings and escalate issues as needed. Support improvements to enhance customer fill rate, inventory, and waste metrics. What you will bring Supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience within FMCG/CPG environments. Willingness to learn and use data and systems hands-on. Experience with supply review and IBP cycles. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build effective teams. Knowledge of supply planning best practices and end-to-end supply chain concepts. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications Knowledge of o9 solutions; experience with Kinaxis or OMP is required. Deep understanding of E2E planning, including warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing considerations. Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis. Proficiency in combining reports across databases for business solutions. Advanced English; intermediate Spanish. Responsibilities Maintain adoption and performance of planning tools and processes. Manage tool performance and resolve issues. Train teams on tool updates and upgrades. Maintain master data parameters. Support root cause analysis for tool issues. Manage reporting and analytics related to planning tools. Lead projects for system enhancements and improvements.
