Job Description

Duties: Provide professional, efficient, and knowledgeable parts sales service to all customers Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Handle parts sales both telephonically and face-to-face Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately advise customers Assist in managing parts inventory and order processing where required Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Valid Drivers License Minimum of 5 years recent experience in a similar Parts Sales Consultant role in a dealership environment Strong existing client base/customer database Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of passenger vehicle parts Highly motivated with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of urgency Motor Industry experience is Essential Attributes: Passionate about customer experience and parts sales Target driven and goal-oriented Proactive, hands-on, and results-focused Thrives in a team-driven environment High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
