Senior Team Leader - Bilingual (C1 preferred) Location: Insurgentes Sur, Mexico City Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking exceptional talent to join our team as a Senior Team Leader for an exciting new account . The Senior Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates and serves as a mentor and coach to a group of Team Leaders. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation, and accountability for both associates and Team Leaders. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the daily performance of a team of Call Center associates. Act as a mentor and coach for a group of Team Leaders. Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to foster team development. Motivate teams to achieve and exceed performance targets. Ensure accountability from both associates and Team Leaders regarding performance metrics. Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Team Leader in a customer service (Call Center) environment. Bilingual (Spanish and English), with a C1 English level preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
