Our Customer Success Department in Segrate (MI) is seeking a Customer Success - Order Management Specialist - French and English Speaker (f/m/d) - 100% Your Responsibilities: Proactively track and manage orders for fulfillment. Follow policies regarding cancellations, returns, and stock holds, coordinating with CS, Sales, B&M, and Finance. Maintain a clean and managed order book, ensuring on-time call-offs, holds, and delivery in full and on time. Resolve credit issues, minimize back orders, and liaise with Finance and Sales. Build strong relationships with national accounts and communicate actively with the sales team. Support account reviews and define improvement actions. Identify and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns. Analyze business data to improve order management processes and track KPIs. Monitor data integrity and validate order and customer data regularly. Train and mentor team members on new processes as the local contact for Order Management projects. Your Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management. Bachelor’s Degree. Fluent in English, French, and Italian. Experience with data analysis and reporting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused, and culturally aware. Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. Analytical with attention to detail. Project management knowledge is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP (plus), and Salesforce (nice to have). Ability to work under tight deadlines and as part of a team.
