You will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of application maintenance services on Trace One's manufacturing PLM solution. You should have a background and experience in project management, focusing on application maintenance-related services, to coordinate, delegate, and monitor the service, along with scope control and risk identification. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to drafting and finalization of statements of work for customers. Lead software implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Facilitate planning and execution of meetings, ensuring stakeholder attendance. Communicate project status regularly to key stakeholders. Lead Steering Committee meetings to present project status at the executive level. Report project status periodically, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation plans. Maintain control of scope, budget, timeline, and profitability, planning for risks of slippage. Key Skills and Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects. Thorough understanding of enterprise application deployment methodologies with PLM solutions. Ability to work with cross-functional departments for planning and execution. Ability to present project status at the executive level. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with MS Office applications. Support Business Analysts in functional discussions for finalizing business requirements.
