HGV Class 2 Driver

Job description Russell Taylor are looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers We are seeking reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join one our teams in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various location, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of customer service. Must have 2 years experience for insurance purposes Working hours: A minimum of 8 hours a day which could vary Salary: £16.81 per hour Responsibilities Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle in compliance with all roads traffic laws and regulations Transport goods to designated locations, ensuring all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition Perform vehicle checks before and after each journey to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition Load and unload goods, using appropriate equipment when necessary Report any vehicle defects, accidents or delays to management immediately Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (category C) driving license Driver CPC (certification of professional competence) qualification Digital tachograph card Good knowledge of traffic laws Russell Taylor are acting as an agency for this vacancy Job Type: Temp to perm Contract length: 12 weeks Pay: £16.81 per hour Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Schedule: 10 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: Class 2 Driving: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: Driver CPC (required) Work Location: In person Reference ID: Class 2 Driver shef
