The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of structured products matters for top-tier investment banks, with exposure to international projects across EMEA, Asia, and the US. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with up to 3 years' post-qualification experience gained at a reputable international firm, ideally with exposure to structured products, derivatives, or debt capital markets. Strong drafting and transactional skills, excellent academic credentials, and an interest in complex financial structures are essential.
