Jameson Legal is working on an excellent new opportunity to join a very highly regarded and long-established Commercial Real Estate team in London. The team handles a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, development and regeneration, joint ventures and leasing. Clients include institutional investors, property developers, construction companies, multi-nationals and occupiers. The suitable candidate will be a qualified solicitor, with between 2-4 PQE and will have the requisite experience in asset management and sales & purchases. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking an ambitious and technically strong associate who can develop relationships, whilst also making the most of the impressive client base.
