Payments Regulatory Lawyer. 3-6 month Assignment. 5 PQE.

We are currently working closely with a market-leading ALSP that is looking for Payments Regulatory Lawyers with upwards of 5 years' PQE, who will be available for a 3-6 month assignment with a leading international firm. The assignment is due to start imminently and will likely follow a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week in the London office. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Qualification as a Solicitor (England and Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia and/or New Zealand, for example) Upwards of 5 years' PQE in handling a full caseload of payments regulatory matters Excellent private practice experience gained at magic circle, silver circle, US or international firms Outstanding experience in advising clients on Cross Border Transfer Regulations, Wire Transfer Regulations and Payment Services Regulations 2017 Notable organisational skills with the ability to balance a busy caseload The ability to start a new role immediately or at short notice Due to the desired start date, candidates are likely to be available immediately or at short notice.
