Installation Assistant

What Youll Be Doing: This is a hands-on role where youll be at the heart of our customer service delivery. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Safely driving our clients company van for customer deliveries and collections, ensuring professionalism at all times. ???????Planning efficient routes for deliveries to ensure timely service. Conducting site surveys to prepare for safe installation or removal of equipment. Installing IT and office equipment at customer sites (training provided). Supporting the warehouse team by maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Ensuring all packaging and waste are disposed of sustainably. Delivering excellent customer service and communicating effectively with internal teams to resolve any issues. Carrying out additional tasks as needed to support the smooth running of operations. What Our Client is Looking For: Someone who is approachable, reliable, and eager to provide excellent service. Ideal candidates will have: Previous experience in a delivery or installation role with a customer service element. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full, clean UK driving licence and experience driving long wheelbase vans. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment. Practical experience in setting up or installing office furniture and printers - not essential but desirable. Basic IT knowledge to assist with initial tech setup (an advantage). Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work. Good awareness of health and safety protocols.
