Customer Service Representative

Tasks and Responsibilities As a German, French or Italian -Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our B2B clients receive outstanding service and support. Responding to Inquiries: Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both German, French or Italian and English. Providing accurate and timely information regarding our products, services, and policies. Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer issues, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolution. Order Processing: Assisting customers with placing orders, order tracking, and providing updates on delivery status. Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer profiles. Qualifications Fluent in both German, French or Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Must be resident in the Netherlands Proven experience in a B2B customer service role, with a strong understanding of B2B service dynamics. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
