IPC - Field Application Engineer The role is to refine the product solution in different industrial vertical markets. With strong support of Headquarter ( Taiwan) PM, FAE, and R&D, the function will consolidate the needs of customers and deliver the total solutions to fit different user cases. We are nurturing this role to be product manager in the future, therefore the path of this role will have different opportunities. • Product selection support & Trouble Shooting • Building up FAQ & Application Note • Coordinating customization requirements and technical cases. • Conducting preliminary testing locally • Communicating with customers directly to provide seamless support • Giving Product Training from technical perspective Any other relevant activities management may require Your profile: • Minimum 5 years working experience in ICT, preferable in embedded market. • Electronic technical background is a must. • Organized in documentation and project management. • Agile in responding to dynamic business and persistent in the product design-in cycle • Communicative, friendly and confident demeanor in business process • Engaging and effective communications and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English • Strong presenting • Success-oriented organizational talent • Good overall computer (MS office) and technical skills including industry software/database programs • Self-starter able to work independently and able to prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines • High quality and quantity output We offer: • Quarterly team-building events • Birthday and Christmas presents • Mobile phone Internet reimbursement • A dynamic multicultural working environment • Work from home • Great team spirit!
