Your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing manufacturing projects from A to Z (clients, suppliers, internal teams)- Participating in project planning and ensuring deadlines are met- Supervising site measurements, technical coordination, and production follow-up (15% travel required)- Ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders- Maintaining quality standards and meeting delivery timelines set by regular partnersYour Skills- Excellent communication and simplification abilities- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize- Dynamic, autonomous, and able to perform under pressure- Curious mindset and proactive attitudeYour Background- Experience in a similar role within a technical or manufacturing environment- Proficient in measurement tools and good understanding of design software- Advanced level of EnglishOffered ConditionsSalary: Up to $75,000 depending on experience (base) performance bonus (up to 12%)Human-sized team, hands-on management, and a supportive, empowering company culture
