Senior Superintendent – Commercial Construction Edmonton, AB Apply via Direct Message or Email for More Details Are you a seasoned construction leader with a passion for delivering high-profile commercial projects? We are currently partnering with a well-established, large general contractor to identify a Senior Superintendent to lead complex builds across Edmonton and the surrounding region. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team known for its strong safety culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to excellence in construction delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial projects Manage site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure project milestones are met Champion safety, quality, and schedule adherence from pre-construction through to close-out Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain momentum Mentor and develop junior site staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For: 10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent role Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial projects (e.g., office, retail, institutional, or mixed-use) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Deep understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications Why This Opportunity?
