Your Next Opportunity Starts Here – Join Global Windows and Doors We are looking for a versatile Estimator to support both estimating and customer service, logistics, and project coordination to maintain a full and dynamic workload. About Us: Global Windows and Doors is a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient residential and light commercial windows and doors, proudly serving Atlantic Canada since 1999. From our 75,000 sq ft facility in Richibucto, NB, we deliver quality craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and top-notch service that are all rooted in integrity and respect for our team, partners, and communities Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates for windows, doors, and related products Complete takeoffs, pricing, and technical reviews of submitted plans Collaborate with engineering to confirm ratings and specifications Work with CSR and shipping teams to coordinate project logistics Follow up with customers and support sales or job site visits as needed Assist with quoting, order entry, and general customer service when estimating is light Support ongoing process improvements and adapt to evolving systems like PREFweb Qualifications: Experience in estimating or relevant coursework - MANDATORY Ability to read and interpret plans - MANDATORY Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in data entry and computer systems Adaptable, team-oriented, and open to occasional travel/site visits Aligned with the company's Core Values (Positive Attitude, Quality Committed, Customer Driven) What We Offer: Positive and supportive company culture Opportunities to grow and develop your skills No evenings, weekends, or mandatory overtime Competitive salary and benefits package In-person role at our Richibucto, NB facility, with some hybrid flexibility possible At Global Windows and Doors, great people drive great service.
