Responsibilities: Provide consultative and personalized service to investors; Support more experienced advisors in operations and strategies; Prospect and develop a client base; Participate in meetings, training, and internal mentoring; Monitor the market to identify investment opportunities aligned with client profiles. Requirements: Active ANCORD certification (mandatory); Passion for the financial market and desire to grow in the field; Good communication and relationship skills; Proactive profile, goal-focused, and results-oriented; Availability for 100% in-person work in São Paulo (region of Av. Paulista). Differentials: Previous experience with customer service, sales, or investments; Additional certifications (CPA-20, CFP in progress); Education or courses in finance, economics, administration; Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition for growth.
