We are looking for Oracle EBS analyst Hybrid mode in Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities) In this role you will: Work on any large implementation or upgrade or support in R11 or R12. Ability to troubleshoot the issues, change the configuration, create new configuration. Ability to interact at all levels of clients' organizations. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to interact with the global team to analyze and solve problems. Good tickets management skills. Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design on SCM area. Intermediate to Advanced English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) will act directly with global team. Expertise in any one of the above-mentioned functional modules Have worked in support engagement for Global customer (preferably 24*7, SLA driven environment) Troubleshooting and communication skills Experience with SQL and PL/SQL. Level knowledge across the following areas on Oracle WMS Inbound Logistics, Inventory Control, Task Management, Outbound Logistics. Experience with barcoding, scanning processes & peripherals. And much better if you stand out for: Advance English (Global Team). Expertise in Oracle EBS in modules OM, PO, INV, WMS, BOM or any of them. Should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing tickets Should be able to analyze the Oracle EBS issue Should be able to communicate in Portuguese and English Knowledge in PL/SQL development for small development in Oracle EBS.
