Experience in retail sales preferred. Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities under described conditions. Ability to supervise and train staff, including use of equipment and tools. Ability to supervise and manage store functions. Proficiency in computer skills, including report analysis, inventory, and cash control. Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings. Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written). Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills Leadership and Management Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service. Manage site cleanliness, stock, and organization according to standards. Maintain professional relationships with staff and superiors. Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site appearance. Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, and discipline. Site Relationships Build positive relationships with suppliers. Address customer complaints professionally and promptly. Promote a safe and positive community image. Training and Development Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback. Ensure staff training meets company standards. Promote safety awareness among employees. Communication Ensure timely communication with staff. Hold regular meetings with staff and management. Organizing and Planning Develop action plans to meet site goals. Maintain site documentation and reports. Oversee merchandise presentation and stock levels. Ensure employment posters are accessible. Financial Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits. Manage budgets and merchandise margins. Safeguard financial transactions. Perform financial analyses to improve sales. Working Conditions Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning. Exposure to temperature extremes and noise. Work independently and demonstrate leadership.
