In this role you will: (responsibilities) Must-have tools/experience : MS Windows Datacenter, Windows Sever, IT infrastructure, unix, dell VxRail, Linux RedHat or SUSE, VMWare, Virtual Machines Key responsibilities: Case resolutions, Server Build Checklist validation, Server Build Images/OS binary repository managament, Server Hardending and release to production process , virtualization, Server Active Directory/LDAP integration, Agent installation, Server patching, Log analysis and problem identification, recover corrupt file system / fixing inodes issues, Firmware upgrade, Hardware refresh /replacement process planning Server regular health checkup, Performance Monitoring, Critical Resource Alerts & Monitoring, CPU/Memory/Disk utlization alerts, Account/Group creation/passowrd reset/generic activities, Managing IT inventory, Documentation & Reporting, Ticket distribution, scaling and resolution, server decommission and commissioning. Administrator of Linux operating system and its distributions (RedHat, SUSE, Ubunt, etc). Geared towards servers. It performs operation routines to keep applications available and performing. Must have: Experience with Data Center On-Premises environments with medium/low platform – Unix/Intel platform Experience with HCI Dell VxRail and Standard 3-layer topology (Application/Processing/Storage) Certified on MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS Experience with Linux (RedHat/SUSE) Experience with VMware for server virtualization Ability to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation, and configuration of: Software and applications Information systems (both market and internally developed) Equipment, standards, and procedures within the customer's technological environment Ability to identify, collect evidence, and promptly report to Microsoft/Customer Support about critical issues that impact the customer’s technological environment, including exceptional situations and those beyond control or jurisdiction Perform hardware requirement analysis for software installation Define tasks for: Health checks Operation Create/delete users Manage virtual machines and virtual network Reallocate instances as needed Monitor infrastructure Deploy new instances, patches Test new features and provide analysis for compatibility across applications and OS (Windows/Linux) Execute OS upgrades, downgrades, or reinstallation (Windows/Linux) What can you expect from us? • Professional development and constant evolution of your skills, always in line with your interests. • Opportunities to work outside Brazil • A collaborative, diverse and innovative environment that encourages teamwork.
