Imports Coordinator

Join a supply chain team as an Imports Coordinator in the manufacturing sector! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full import process, coordinating with agents and transporters, monitoring shipments, and preparing documentation to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Your expertise in transport, freight forwarding, and logistics will be essential in supporting buyers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless operations. To succeed in this role, you should have a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Imports, Exports, or Logistics, along with 4 - 6 years of experience in distribution and warehousing. A complete understanding of Incoterms, import clearing processes, and IATA dangerous goods shipments is essential. A commitment to quality as well as strong problem-solving skills is key. You should be a team player who can work independently, deliver excellent customer service, and have a strong understanding of systems like Syspro.
