Job Description

Call centre agent position available for a junior person with experience as a Call centre agent and able to assists Afrikaans speaking enquiries Duties and Responsibilities: Grade 12 or similar qualification is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans is essential (must be fluent in Afrikaans). Previous Customer Care experience in a Call Centre and Funeral Insurance knowledge will be preferred. Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required. Additional Language(s) will be favourable. Sectors: Admin, Office & Support, Sales and Marketing, Marketing Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, General Administration, Record Keeping
