Temporary Field Workers Wanted Weeding Season Location: Inverness / Moray Start Date: 30th June 2025 Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Duration: Approximately 56 weeks We are currently recruiting temporary field workers to assist with manual weeding for a large, well-established vegetable factory near Inverness. About the Role: Outdoor field-based work, involving manual weeding of vegetable crops. Work is expected to run for 56 weeks, starting from Monday, 23rd June 2025. Hours and shift details will be provided during the recruitment process. Weeding work involves working on a trailer rather than bending over straining your back. What We Offer: £14.00 per hour, paid weekly. Fresh air, physical work, and a chance to be part of a vital stage in vegetable production. Free transport provided from Inverness to the various working locations. For those who enjoy the work and show reliability, there will be opportunities to continue employment in the vegetable processing factory once the field work is complete. Ideal Candidates: Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Previous field or farm experience is helpful but not essential.
