We're working with a globally recognised FM service provider to recruit an experienced HVAC Engineer for a 3-month contract based at a single, high-profile site in Nottingham. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in a professional environment while supporting essential building services across the site. ? Role Overview: As part of the site's expert FM team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the HVAC systems are operating reliably and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to minimise downtime and keep systems running smoothly. Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, including diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and restoring systems to full functionality quickly and safely. Supporting project work, including system upgrades, installations, and refurbishments in collaboration with engineers, contractors, and site managers. Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, statutory regulations, and site-specific policies, maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times. ? What We're Looking For: Recognised HVAC Qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent) F-Gas certification (essential) Proven experience in HVAC maintenance in a commercial or facilities environment Strong knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive fault-finding Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and communication skills Job Details: Contract Type: 3-Month Temporary Assignment Rate of Pay: £18.30 per hour (PAYE) Location: Nottingham – Single Commercial Site (no travel required) Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediate Why Apply?
