Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing Associate, 2-5 PQE, London

The team is now looking for an associate with between 2-5 years' experience to join in London. The new associate will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad selection of work, but primarily will be leading and supporting on commercial contracts, outsourcing and core technology contracts (such as cloud computing, systems development/integration and digital transformation). You will work across a variety sectors, focussing particularly on contracts and negotiations in the context of retail & consumer, TMT and fintech. Desired expertise for the role includes general commercial contracts, technology and outsourcing (and ideally experience in advertising and marketing, AdTech and AdTech data matters). Experience in IP and data protection, in addition to commercial and technology M&A transactions (including acquisitions and divestments and joint ventures) will also be valued.
