Then read on to find out more! The position As an IT Project Manager at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing complex IT projects involving both software and hardware components, coordinating between internal teams and external suppliers. Your ability to manage stakeholders across multiple layers and ensure smooth project execution is key to success in this role. Lead and deliver IT projects from initiation to closure Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Apply appropriate project management methodologies to each project Report progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders at different levels What you bring to the position 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects and teams Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple layers (e.g., suppliers, internal software/hardware teams) Solid understanding of both software and hardware environments Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) Prince2 Foundation certification is mandatory Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) Nice to have Background in Information Technology (rather than Industrial Engineering) Familiarity with Oracle and other software systems is a strong plus What we offer Competitive Salary & Benefits: Including a laptop, mobile phone, full travel allowance and pension plan.
