Job Description
This exciting position will provide direct support to the European sales team. As a Customer Service Representative, you should have an understanding of pre-sales processes and possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. You’ll be joining a highly motivated, dedicated and friendly team with a long-term perspective. Daily activities will consist of communication with internal and external customers and execution of product orders. Responsibilities Deliver excellent service to various customers from different market applications (LED architectural lighting, LED signage lighting) via close cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain solid customer relationships. Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers. Create and enter orders in the system. Provide support to the Sales team (e.g., quotations, delivery status, order reports). Manage daily customer orders in a timely manner (receive and confirm all orders with customer, provide shipment tracking or order status if on back order). Handle and resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, deliveries, invoicing, returns). Engage with other functions to ensure best-in-class customer service support (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) Proactively participate in daily shipping activities to include preparing shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and returning paperwork to the warehouse to meet deadlines. Establish and conduct regular customer review calls while building follow-up action plans tracked in CRM system. Requirements Associate’s Degree in Business or relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service or Sales Operations experience Proven track record (knowledge of LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry is a plus) Inside Sales and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Order Entry software Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred Self-motivated, able to independently manage various activities with minimal supervision Customer-oriented mindset Excellent communication, listening and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset Must speak French and/or German This position is subject to background checks Benefits Competitive compensation (based on experience) Holiday allowance Paid vacation days Dynamic work environment Opportunity for advancement
